GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, GoToWebinar, and GoToMyPC are all Citrix products that allow people to collaborate over the Internet using only a web browser or components installed through a web browser. In order for these to work through SecureSchool, you need to make some changes.
SecureSchool, ISBossBox, LibraryDoor.
1. Go to Website Filtering > Authentication Exception > Add a Site
Site IP or Net Address: gotomeeting.com
Click the Submit button.
Repeat the steps above with this additional sites: gotomypc.com, citrixonline.com, citrixonlinecdn.com & expertcity.com.
2. Go to Firewall > Protocol Rules > Add a Rule.
Rule Name: Go to Meeting
Log Packets: None
Direction: From Inside
Source Address: 0.0.0.0/0 (This will allow all workstations in your district to access this Firewall rule)
Source Port: leave blank
Destination Address: 18.104.22.168/20
Destination Port: 80, 443, 8200
Click the Submit button
Repeat the above steps with the following additional Destination Addresses:
When finished adding all 15 Firewall rules, go to Commit Changes and click the Restart button.
